| Barry Celebrates His Retirement |

In April 2010 Area Sales Manager Barry Johnson took retirement after nearly 33 years with Platts and then Platts Harris Ltd. During his time with the company he has sold over 600 new tractors and 150 new combines, working from our former branches at Skellingthorpe and Grantham and then Tuxford.

Barry is pictured above with Platts Harris Managing Director Mr Simon Wilson at a small gathering at the Tuxford branch to celebrate this event. We all wish Barry and his wife the very best for a very happy retirement.

February 2010 saw the 1st delivery of the Ransomes Highway 3 for Groundcare Sales Manager Alan Fores. Pictured left with Alan is Tim Bower of Weedfree Garden Services Ltd of Mansfield, the first customer in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire to take delivery of the new Ransomes commercial triple cylinder mower.
